These music videos are what I was inspired by before shooting. They all have more than four people dancing in them and use a variety of different shots (close ups, middle shots, long shots) including using a dolly stand with their camera and a fig wheel. They also use handheld shots to get closer to the dancers/singers.

The first video, entitled "Call Me Baby" by EXO starts with a one take shoot where the camera follows each member without any cuts or scene changes. This shot lasts one minute and twelve seconds. I really like this concept as we could show the different relationships and how they contrast each other and could have a single camera follow and weave in and out of them. After this scene, it cuts to the chorus (all of them dancing.) I think this is really effective as they all come together after seeing their different personalities and faces.

The second video, entitled "Formation - Afrobeat Remix" is a cover of Beyonce's 'Formation' remixed in an african fashion. It shows a dance group made up of five girls dancing in the middle of a suburban street as the camera shows them from different angles and the clips cut to the beat of the song. I like the concept of a street scene as it has an urban, light feel and doesn't look too scripted. I also think that a street or car park scene would fit for the choreography of Demon Dogs.

The last video I took inspiration from is called "Monster" by a group named EXO. The reason I love this video so much is because of the use of colour and the contrast between each scene. It's very busy looking, but fits with the intensity of the song. I think I will use color as a key point in Demon Dogs as the song is about love and heartbreak (which are both very different emotions) and I will use unique effects to highlight this.
